Aecovi-Jerez, a company founded in 1989, is made up of more than 1,000 small winegrowers. The vineyards, which cover 20% of the total surface area dedicted to grape cultivation in the Jerez area in Cadiz, are the most southernly located in Europe and also those lying closest to the sea. AECOVI’s range of wines and vinegars reflect the loving care and craftsmanship of the small winegrowers, the time honoured tradition of ageing fine wines and the consolidated position occupied by AECOVI’s team of enologists in the “modern” wine industry.
