  ALSUR vegetable products are a synonym for quality. The company has always had a clear cut objective: to sow, cultivate, harvest and pack most of its production on its own premises. And that has been possible thanks to the perfect climate and highly fertile land around Antequera, in the very heart of Andalusia.

Alsur produces green beans, broad beans, garlic shoots, asparagus, cauliflower, artichokes, leeks, red peppers … an enormous ranges of foods, offering the very best of southern European harvests.

Used in the recipe “Baby broad beans with vieira  clams, provencal olive oil consommé, olive oil sand and black olives” by José Carlos García. The chef recommended Alsur: “I’ve been familiar with the products of ALSUR for many years; my parents used them back in the days when the restaurant was not dedicated 100% to gastronomy. The most surprising thing is that they still have the same quality. Despite the years Alsur still produce the best vegetable preserves”.
