The Business Association for Certified Quality, Lándaluz, will present on September 20th, during the Haute Cuisine Convention of Andalusia Flavour, the third edition of ANDALUCIA Cooks ANDALUCIA, which will worship 30 of the best chefs from our Autonomous Community.

This new edition commemorates the transmission of Andalusian recipes from parents to children, ANDALUSIA Commemorates ANDALUSIA.

The Recipe Book of Your Life

Falling into your hands is the third edition of our Andalusia Cooks Andalusia, and it’s no accident.  Lándaluz, now more than ever is resolutely on the side of whose turn it is, with whom it boasts “ours”, without a doubt is law.

Continuing to help our chefs, for us, is more than just a duty, but an obligation.  More than a strategy, it is a firm commitment that we have assumed. Remembering and commemorating and never stop looking back is well born.  Because being grateful for heritage, for legacy, for this cultural treasure that has been handed down from generation to generation and plotted on these pages was a duty.

This recipe book is no more nor less than a combination of wise advice in the form of ingredients and brands associated with the depths of our memories, our emotions, They are, a pinch of salt, a spoon of it, a little bit of which…

Details and recommendations on how to deal with the physical act of filling the belly, making it an emotional event to remember among the family, or with friends, or at certain times of the year… those who are not here, for those that have gone, and those that return… always celebrating around a table, of course, over time and the permanence of a legacy.
