Have a Look at the Escape of Andalusian Flavour

Another year, Sevilla once again hosts, next September 20, 21 and 22, the Gastronomy Fair: Andalusia Flavour International Fine Food Exhibition, a meeting point for professionals of the Andalusian food sector. And, as in previous editions, Lándaluz, the Business Association for Certified Quality, will actively participate in this event through different activities.

Within the facilities of the event, to be held in the Conventions and Exhibitions Palace (Fibes), Lándaluz will have its own stand to display a broad representation of Andalusian products of the associated brands, constructed as a showcase to promote the excellence of Andalusian foods.

As in previous editions, Lándaluz will hold its traditional Young Chefs Competition in partnership with employers of the Hospitality Industry in Seville and the province.  This competition will take place on September 22nd, and aspiring new talents will participate to become prestigious chefs. Access is free to the convention as well as the events.

All expectations are placed on the presentation of the 3rd edition of the Andalusia Cuisine publication, which Lándaluz publishes.  A new book is dedicated to the Andalusian gastronomy, which on this occasion, under the name Andalusia Commemorates Andalusia, and after its first two editions: Andalusia Cuisine Andalusia and Andalusia Uncovers Andalusia, expects to reap the same success as its predecessors.

Among all of the planned events, the Haute Cuisine Convention stands out, whose themes revolve around the Mediterranean Diet under the suggested title Gastronomy Odyssey, Travel to the Mediterranean Diet. A tour of the benefits of the gastronomy of the countries united by the Mediterranean culture, from Morocco to Italy, from France to Greece, and the starting point: Spain. Juan Mari Arzak, Dani García and Ángel León will be some of the renowned national chefs along with other important names in international Mediterranean cuisine and food critics will participate in this conference.
