Used for pairing in the dish “Crunchy mango ravioli and foie with spice bread” by Enrique Martin. According to Chef: “Cervezas Alhambra provide an excellent pairing for suave dishes. It is a beer with a long history in Granada; smooth, sweetish and less bitter than other beers – especially the 1925 variety”.
