Bodegas Barbadillo (Barbadillo Wineries) is the Perfect Finale for the First Edition of “The Cuisine of the Sea” with the “Seafood Recipe Competition” Final.
In the end, taking place last Monday in the Madrid Urban Hotel, the winner of the “Seafood Recipe Competition” was chosen. Among four recipe finalists in the crustacean, molluscs, cephalopods, and blue fish categories in a cooking show where the actual star chefs competed like Angel Leon from Aponiente, Diego del Rio from El Lago and Iago Pazos and Marcos Cerqueiro from Abastos 2.0.
Pablo Terron managed to beat the other finalists with his “Influenced Crustacean” recipe, which he served as the culmination of the First Edition of “The Cuisine of the Sea” at the hands of Castillo de San Diego white wines, “The Wine of the Sea”.
