In this Almeria restaurant it is possible to inhale the bullfighting ambiance. A large blackboard with a long list of tapas adorns the bar. This is also a poster which carries the Tapas of the day, the owner says they are tapas to eat with either a spoon or to dip your bread.

Ingredients:
1 kg. of cut up pork loin · 5 or 6 garlic cloves · a cup of Manzanilla Solear · olive oil · salt · pepper
Preparation:
Ina pan, we heat enough oil to cover the meat. We season the pork loin, add it to the pan and cook it until it is fried.
We crush the garlic with the Manzanilla Solear and add it to the meat. Then we cook it until it is reduced.
