Established in 1931, the Sociedad Cooperativa Andaluz Unión de Úbeda currently has some 2,000 members and its main objective is the cultivation of olive trees using environmentally friendly procedures under the umbrella of Integrated Production. With an annual output of more than 10 million kilos of oil, the cooperative is one of the biggest producers in the province of Jaen.

Unioliva

Since its foundation,  Unioliva ’s main priority has been to offer its clients prime quality Virgin Extra Olive Oil made from the picual variety of olives. However, the cooperative has recently taken a step forward with the commercialisation of a new range of products under the Unioliva Variedades Aliño brand, an extra virgin olive oil with natural aromas which can be used as a dressing for the finest dishes. The range includes four different aromas conceived to add that unique final touch to all your culinary creations: fresh lemon, traditional garlic, hot chilli and the delicate, elegant, black truffle.
